Is KYC required?

Never. We route swaps through non-custodial exchanges that do not require identity documents. Your swap is between you and the blockchain.

How does a swap work?

Enter the coin you want to send and the coin you want to receive. We compare live rates from ChangeNow and SideShift, you pick the best rate, enter your destination address, and confirm. You then send your coins to the deposit address shown — the exchange handles the rest and sends the output directly to your wallet.

Which exchanges do you use?

What is the fee?

Jay Swap applies a 0.5% service spread on top of the raw exchange rate. There are no hidden fees beyond what is shown at the time of your swap.

What coins are supported?

What happens if my swap fails or I send the wrong amount?

If the exchange cannot complete the swap, your funds are refunded to the refund address you provided. Always enter a refund address when prompted.

Do you store my transaction data?

Accepted Answer

No. Jay Swap does not log swap orders, IP addresses, or wallet addresses on our servers. The order ID is stored only in your browser session.
